Updated: Mar 13, 2018

Setting up a  study timetable is one of the most challenging things for a student. How many times have you a prepared a study schedule and later on abandon it? Well, to make a real study timetable, you need to consider a few concepts.  We will simplify all the steps to enable you to prepare a study schedule that will work best for you.

01: List all the subjects you need to study.

List all the subjects you need study and number them on a piece of paper.

02: Have a look at the subjects you already listed and figure our what you are required to do in each subject.

This will help you in the identification of subjects which require much time and also, you will have a quick idea of what you need to do.

03: Calculate the amount of your free time and divide your available time during the week into study blocks.

This enables you in prioritizing your list so that each subject is allocated enough time. Creating a study block will allow you to set enough time for studying, and this will prepare you psychologically to concentrate during the study period.

04: Reserve time for non-academics.

You can listen to your favorite music during your leisure time or move around with your friends. You should set aside time for the games, work, and other non-academics to enable you to freshen your mind and relax the brain.

05: Stick to the schedule.

Obey the timetable and try as much as possible to get most out of your time. By repeating the whole process each and every week, you will adapt to it.

Note: Studies requires a lot of commitment  and discipline, and to ful

ly follow your timetable, you need to say 'No' sometimes to party invitations   from your friends  . It all starts with commitment and the right attitude. Study timetable is one of the best tools to use to boost your grades in school.
